Orlando City Pasta is looking for a hardworking and reliable Fresh Pasta Maker to join our growing team. We produce premium fresh pasta and sauces for some of Orlando's best restaurants, hotels, and specialty markets, and we're looking for someone who takes pride in quality and enjoys working in a fast-paced food production environment.
Schedule
  • Primarily Tuesday–Thursday
  • During busier periods, availability Monday–Friday is required
  • Early morning starts may be required
What You'll Do
  • Produce our fresh pasta to Orlando City Pasta's high quality standards
  • Operate and maintain commercial pasta-making equipment
  • Prepare fresh ingredient sauces and fillings
  • Portion, package, and label fresh pasta products
  • Help maintain a clean, organized, and food-safe production facility
  • Work closely with a small, supportive team to meet daily production goals
  • Occasionally deliver products to restaurants, hotels, and markets throughout the Orlando area

  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality products
  • Able to lift up to 50 lbs and remain on your feet for extended periods
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (preferred, as occasional deliveries are part of the role)
  • Previous food production, kitchen, bakery, or pasta-making experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person with a great attitude and work ethic

Farmers Market Brand Ambassador

Job Description:  We are looking to widen our   outgoing market staff/assistants who want to learn all about Central Florida's best pasta and run their own farmer's market booth! If you love talking to people about food and enjoy farmer's markets we'd love to hear from you. Your tasks would include: Setting up/packing up at your select farmer’s market locations, interacting with pasta patrons and passersby, and processing transactions. We have multiple markets across Central Florida, so there are also opportunities available to work other markets.


Base pay $100/day, with performance bonuses. Plus, fresh pasta to take home and enjoy!

​Here are the responsibilities assigned to this role:
  • Load up market setup and products into personal vehicle (SUV or larger vehicles are preferred but not essential)
  • Know and understand the menu, including suggesting recipe pairings
  • Communicate warmly and effectively with patrons, and answer their questions
  • Process orders and payment transactions accurately and swiftly
  • Use sales tactics to engage with potentially hesitant customers
  • Break down and return to the pasta kitchen at the end of markets
  • Put away market setup and products in designated locations
  • Write and communicate to teammates clearly and effectively
  • Make meaningful connections with our loyal patrons, to understand their needs and provide hospitality
  • Use your judgement and make decisions based on your best job knowledge
