Job Description: We're looking for a pasta maker/prep cook with a love of Italian food and a passion for the craft. As part of a small team, you’ll have the ability to learn and be immersed in the art of pasta. You will need to be a self-starter and be able to memorize techniques and recipes quickly. Ideal candidates will have some experience in a kitchen, be comfortable juggling responsibilities and driving productivity. This is a fast-paced production environment, so you will need to able to ensure all tasks are completely efficiently and according to schedule.

- Prepare pasta dough to correct consistency
- Follow proper techniques for different pasta shapes
- Prepare stuffed pasta fillings, sauces, cook at home pasta trays
- Maintain a clean and sanitary food production area according to Department of Health standards
- Pack and box products
- Perform other duties as required or assigned
- Basic math and measuring skills
- Make occasional restaurant deliveries & supply pickup
- Strong work ethic, communication and time management skills
- Availability to work a flexible schedule
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours and lift up to 55 lbs.
- Fresh pasta experience is a plus

Tampa Area Farmer's Market Vendor/Assistant (Saturday/Sunday Availability)
Job Description: We need outgoing market staff/assistants who want to learn all about Central Florida's best pasta and run their own farmer's market booth! If you love talking to people about food and enjoy farmer's markets we'd love to hear from you.Your tasks would include: Setting up/packing up at Tampa area farmer’s market locations, interacting with pasta patrons and passersby, and processing transactions. We have multiple markets across Central Florida, so there are also opportunities available to work other markets.
Compensation: base pay $100/day, with performance bonuses. Plus, fresh pasta to take home and enjoy!

- Load up market setup and products into personal vehicle (SUV or larger vehicles are preferred but not essential)
- Know and understand the menu, including suggesting recipe pairings
- Communicate warmly and effectively with patrons, and answer their questions
- Process orders and payment transactions accurately and swiftly
- Use sales tactics to engage with potentially hesitant customers
- Break down and return to the pasta kitchen at the end of markets
- Put away market setup and products in designated locations
- Write and communicate to teammates clearly and effectively
- Make meaningful connections with our loyal patrons, to understand their needs and provide hospitality
- Use your judgement and make decisions based on your best job knowledge
