Our father came to Willoughby, OH from Italy as a young boy with his family. He and his brothers learned to make pasta from their parents who would make it every Sunday by hand. Some of their best memories came from sitting around that table eating fresh pasta with the family. It is a time honored tradition that dad passed down to us and now we share it with you.
