Our Family

Our father came to Willoughby, OH from Italy as a young boy with his family. He and his brothers learned to make pasta from their parents who would make it every Sunday by hand. Some of their best memories came from sitting around that table eating fresh pasta with the family. It is a time honored tradition that dad passed down to us and now we share it with you.

Our Passion

Our fresh pasta is made from simple ingredients. No artificial flavors or preservatives. The key to crafting the perfect pasta is finding the optimal mix of semolina and durum flour, eggs, water and natural flavors. When we set out to find that balance, we know that it isn’t a science but an art. We pour our hearts into every individual batch to find the correct consistency every time.
